This Data Deletion Policy outlines the process for users of the Astropuru application ("Service") to request the permanent deletion of their personal data held by Astropuru. We respect your right to privacy and your control over the information you provide to us.

The primary personal data collected by the Astropuru app is the Birth Details you provide for astrological calculations, which may include:
Name (or nickname)
Date of Birth
Time of Birth
Place of Birth (stored as latitude/longitude)
This policy applies to the deletion of all such identifiable personal data associated with your use of the Service.
3. Right to Deletion (Right to Erasure)
You have the right to request the deletion of all your personal data from our systems.
4. How to Request Data Deletion
To submit a request for the deletion of your personal data, please follow these steps:

Provide Identification: In the body of the email, you must clearly specify the data you wish to be deleted. If you use a user account, please send the request from the email address associated with your account. 5. Deletion Process and Timeframe
Verification: Upon receiving a request, we will first take reasonable steps to verify your identity to ensure you are the legitimate data owner.
Processing: Once the request is verified, we will proceed with the irreversible deletion of your personal data from our active databases and systems within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of the verified request.
Backups and Logs: Please note that we may retain some information in encrypted backup archives or legal compliance logs for a limited period (typically up to 90 days), but this information will be inaccessible to our operational systems and will be automatically purged when the retention period expires.
Note: Deleting your data will permanently remove all saved profiles, settings, and astrological history associated with the Service, and this action cannot be reversed.
